Re: ATM 18" mirror Progress and Dental Stone question

Damien,

For a source of Dental Stone, check the folks that make dentures
and other mouth type appliances (like bridges).

Their molds are made of dental stone for casting the metal into
and they use a TON of it (not sure if a TON is proper for those
using metrics)... anyway, they would be much more likely to
throw a pound or two (Kg?) your way and not think anything
about it. The typical dentist uses a pound or so (1/2 Kg?) a year
to do some modeling with and doesn't usually buy in quantity.
