ATM A few questions about focusers and adapters.

First question.  When using the program "NEWT" to calulate the placement of
various parts for my dob, there is a variable for focuser height.  Does it
want to know the racked in or the racked all the way out height?  Also, what
is the normal extra height that a 2" to 1.25 in adapter adds to a focuser?
I want to keep using a 2" in case i ever get a 2in ep but the extra height
of and adapter is going to make some trouble for my illumination area
because of too high a focuser.  and lastly, i may be looking for a very very
low profile focuser.  the one i've got now is a kineoptics helical crayford.
racked out its height is 2.5", in its 1.25".  if i could find a focuser with
a racked out height of 2" and the travel wasnt so far to get into my light
path, i could get my 100% illumination up past .27"  i dont want to spend
more than i could get by selling my kinoptic.  thanks
