That's OK Larry, I consider 1/10th wave to be good enough.  Anything more is
basically bragging rights rather than better views for terrestial viewing on
most nights and almost all places.
My suspicion is that those who are critizing for not going further is that
they haven't been able to get that far.
Congratulations on sticking out some problems and going for that better
surface.  I might remind you that many mirrors produced by the professionals
are just 1/4wave so you have something a fair bit better than what the pros
do.
