Alan;
I've never been a big fan of Zirconium oxide, though some people seem to
get good results using it.
My reccomendation is to get some good quality CeO, mix with water up to
a fairly thin consistancy, let it sit for 15 min, pour off the liquid,
which you will use as your finishing compound, in conjuction with slow
smooth strokes as you finish figuring your mirror.
