When you do a reflection test, you want to make sure that the surface is
from a short wet as longer wets do make the edges "brighter" than the center
as the grit is smaller at the edges than in the center.  You should also be
doing short strokes and a real narrow W stroke.  If you're still working
over the sides a lot then you aren't spherical yet.
