I have a suggestion as to narrowing the choices. Put one or two copies of this web

site,
On this web site have the complete list of TM articles and have check boxes by
each title.  For the the main web site, only the ATMA members can vote and
will need to sign in.  This will limit the amount votes and only the ATMA members
will have the say. The members will be able to vote (check) 40 articles
of there choice.  after everyone has voted. pull the article that have been voted,

and the ones that have the majority vote will be the ones used and, have another
vote for the non majority pulled articles to narrow them down if needed, you can
have another web site for the ATM e-mail list members and use this as only a
poll.  ATMA members will have the final say, sense they paid a due to join.
