This is a Full handshake null modem connection:

   M - F
   1 - 1
   2 - 3
   3 - 2
   4 - 5
   5 - 4
   6 - 8,20
   7 - 7
8,20 - 6

Use this pinout for a No Handshake Null Modem:

  M - F
  1 - 1
  2 - 3
  3 - 2
4,5 - tie together
    - 4,5 tie together
  7 - 7
6,8,20 - tie together
    - 6,8,20 tie together
 11 - 12
 12 - 11
