ATM - Dental Stone
David, you got robbed! The going rate for the stuff I use is about $22
for a 25 pound box. Of course, it would cost another twenty bucks to
ship by UPS if your supplier is not local.
Find another dental supply outfit. Dentists don't use dental stone; it
is used by the specialty shops that manufacture false teef. You don't
locate suppliers by asking your dentist; you find them in the yellow
pages. Ask for Modern Materials "Buff Labstone".

Hi Bradley,

Small wonder. You will have to go to a dental supplier for that. I asked
my
dentist
where he gets his stuff. They charged me about thirty dollars for a five
pound box.
Check out the yellow pages if you don't have any teeth.;)
The manufacturer of my stone is Heraeus Kulzer, Dental Products Division
Brand name is Denstone. Comes in three levels of setting speed. Has a
compression strength
of 9000 psi (dry). If your supplier doesn't have that try Labstone at
8000
psi (dry).
