Why not contact Software Bisque and ask them about their scope driver API?
Contact support at bisque dot com or daniel at bisque dot com
and he can send it to you.
I've written camera drivers and AutomaDome drivers based on their
APIs and I don't program much anymore, so you may find it very do-able.
