measuring a 1/10th of a degree is going to be hard-pressed without the 
assistance of a micrometer or similar...

not having worked with one of these beasts, i'm guessing that the corrector 
plate isn't mounted with three fine threaded adjustment screws so that they may 
be turned 1/4th turn in either direction to push or pull the plate in much the 
same way that one mounts the primary with adjustment screws for similar 
orientation adjustments??
