I'll also note that there is an online calculator for Cass
telescopes and one of the selections for the design is a R-C
design.
The Rutten and Venrooij book is an excelent book for the hobbiest
and I'd also suggest that you get the software that comes with
the book, a total of fifty bucks which is a steal compared to
other optics books!
For the secondary construction, there are several approaches from
figuring by testing on a star to the Hindle sphere or the Norman
test or test plate comparison.
