I was wondering about this, as I know how SiC is produced in
the first place. I knew it could handle the heat, but had no
idea it was a microwave "susceptor" (translates microwave to heat).
Excellent! I am tempted to go fetch an old oven and give this
a try. I do not think there is much to lose more than the a
few bucks and maybe a fuse.
