Follow up to my own message.

I stopped in to grab one of these on the way home from work tonight.  There 
were signs all over the place for 33% off of all toys.  The nice lady at 
the register agreed that telescope parts were toys.

$21.27 out the door.

I think that Ollies is a NY/PA chain.  They are new to the Rochester area.

Ordered my mirror blank tonight so watch out for incoming questions.  (10" 
quartz from Recolabs.com.  Send him a note to get the real prices).
