I think the astro ccd cameras don't have them, you have to buy it 
separately. That way you could get an IR sensitive camera with decent res. 
Perhaps you could buy a ccd chip and wire up your own camera? Here's an 
example of what looks like a knarly IR illuminator used in conjunction with 
a scope. You should be able to make something based on this principle.
