Re: [ATM] Valve needed - what's it called?
Hi Ken,
What brought you to Rotterdam?
The disadvantage of this specific kind of sugar dispenser is that the tube
fills only proportionally to how full the jar is.
See for example:

http://www.padia.nl/suikerstrooier-p-268.html
Or buy this one:

Cheers,
AtM
> Once, In Rotterdam, I saw a neat device for dispensing measured amounts
of sugar. In fact, it was so intriguing that I purchased one. It has a
simple arrangement of a tube centered in the lid and is quite simple in
operation. Turn it right side up and the tube fills with sugar, turn it over
and it pours the sugar out. I don't remember all the details or when the
last time I saw it was but, I'm sure that you can make the device you are
looking for from this design. I'll see if I can find it tomorrow and let you
know more details if I can.
