[ATM] figure stroke for 70% zone

Hi all,
I'm figuring a ten inch mirror and am probably done. it is at 1/12
wave but the curve is not that good. The 70% zone is high. My last
round was 3 minuets center deepening W stroke which took it from 1/7
wave to 1/12. Here is a copy of the readings for TEX.
