[ATM] Mounting lenses

Hi,
I have to mount 3 lenses (Wynne Corrector) in a
custom aluminum focuser that I am machining.  
Is there some sort of gasket/isolation material
that I should use between the lenses and the aluminum
barrel, and also between the lenses and the 
retaining rings for each lens?
I need to maintain less than 1/10 mm deviation in
lens spacing and I can't machine the barrel retainers
to the exact curvature of the lens.  

Any advice appreciated,
