Maybe someone has such a list, but it is always helpful to
know about the astro clubs in the region of interest. You
could contact this New Jersey club, for instance:

New Jersey is a pretty small state, so this club may well
know specific places to recommend in or near Newark. It has
been too long since I was in Jersey (Cape May) to make sane
recommendations.
