[ATM] bending square tubing (was: 12 inch/f5,4 Travel- Dobson)

Hi Hugues,
the best way to bend the tubes is with a machine like described in the 
link James posted .
The second best is to use templates and a vice. It is not difficult to do.
The  minimum radii possible to bend without getting cracks depend on the 
overall size and the wall thickness of the pipes, for 15x15x1mm it is 
about 160mm.
It is helpfull do work step by step, do not try to bend the radius in 
one stroke of the vice, but proceeding by small strokes.
