Hello Ulli,

Sorry to wake up late on this thread...

Would you have any hint / do / don't about bending square tubing?
Up to which limit can one bend such a tube?
How do you avoid cracks / "kinks"?
Is there anything specific with Aluminium vs steel in that respect?

I heard (sorry cant remember where) that for strong curvatures, it is 
better
to proceed in several runs of increasing curvature, that sounds good 
practice.
