You'll want access to a guillotine, at this thickness, a GOOD new paper
cutting one should probably work. If you can find a way to lock the
stock into place while you making the cuts you should be right.

Just remember to do the cut in one nice long smooth motion, if it's
jerky or stops and starts, your going to have problems.

I am thinking of using thin stainless shim stock  (0.010"
or less) to make spider vanes...but the question is how to
cut it to shape. It's available in strips perhaps 6" wide,
and I'll need strips that are 0.5 to 0.75 in wide.
Suggestions?
