[ATM] Glass type

Hi,
I just picked up some optical glass that seems like it might be possible to 
use in a refractor.
One piece is BK-7 (or N-BK7...is there a difference?) and the other appears 
to be N-SK16.  However, these pieces are not documented, I'm just going by 
the glass codes.

Three different numbers appear on each piece:
the first piece:
517-642
HA-4774
039452AMT

the second:
620-603
HA-2775
A-32063

I have no idea what the second and third numbers mean.

Have I the stuff for a refractor, or will I just end up making mirrors from 
these?
