Hello Charles,

There is only one reason to give a quick polish to both mirror in the
same time. And that is to check the correct focal lenght, because in a
bino scope both objective has to have the exactly same focii. So I
think it is a good idea to flash polish both mirror just to check the
focii and if they are the same, then polish one and than the another
one.Specially if you
don't have a machine wich is able to work on two or three mirror in
the same time(like mine, three mirror, 16" each).
And than figuring. If the focci are not identical than maybe you have
to regrind using the last stage of emery.
