[ATM] better quality polish

A recent thread about better polish got me thinking about slow polishing
black rouge which I believe is Fe3O4 (magnetite). Since black rouge is very
slow polishing the more statistically variable strokes needed to create the
same polish as CeO or rouge (red) might lead to a better polish. But
magnetite has magnet properties that might be put to use. For example:
random high  frequency audio or ultrasonic vibrations might be induced to
the black rouge by a voice coil or similar transducer placed near the mirror
or tool while polishing adding additional randomness to the polish stroke at
a mico level.
