[ATM] Illuminated Field - How Much?

I had a question for on illuminated field. Not on how to calculate it, 
but rather what acceptable values are for a visual use telescope?

My current set-up is an 8" f/6 Newtonian with a 1.52" secondary that 
gives me about 0.35" at 100%. I am looking at a Denk II binoviewer. To 
keep the corrector out of my light path, I am going to need to move the 
mirror up the tube by about 1". Unless I also upsize the secondary it 
could drop the area of 100% illumination down to 0.15".
