[ATM] Round robin mirror C Foucault profiles

I have plotted all the Mirror C Surface errors derived
from Foucault measurments.  I used FigureXP and excel.

The error hight is in nanometers on the surface.  The
radius is in percent from center to edge.

I found it interesting that most all of the strehl
ratios were close but the surfaces were very
different.  That would make a big difference when
trying to figure the surface.

I will soon post what I think is the right surface. 
Or at least the one that has the most agreement with
robo and interferometry.

Thanks to James Lerch for modifying FigureXP so that I
could get the error data out easily.
