[ATM] Mirror Round Robin and some in-house test results

Greetings All,

I've been working on a spread sheet comparing various forms of testing.  The
spread sheet contains the results for 9 different optics, ranging from 6 inch to
16 inch.

The first three optics are the compiled results from the ATM mirror round robin
effort.  These three mirrors were tested by a dozen ATM's using couder mask
testing, my Robo Foucault, as well as tested with three different
interferometers, two of which were based on Fringe Tracing results, and one
(Roger Ceragioli's) was based on Phase Shifting Results

The last 6 optics, are amateur optics I've tested using both my Robo Foucault
and my Fizeau interferometer.
