There are a lot of resources on the web, but you are going to need a couple
of books also.

"Making Your Own Telescope" by Allyn J. Thompson
"How to Make a Telescope" by Jean Texereau

I used these two. Kreig and Berry also published an excellent book, but I do
not know the exact title.
