[ATM] Alt/Az goto scope, lateral shift when moving up/down

Hi everbody,

I have a problem using my goto telescope:
It is a dobsonian construction, instead of teflon pads it
is supported by small ball bearings and driven by self made
aluminum wheels and threaded rods used as worms.

The problem is:
When the tube moves up/down it moves a little sideways until
the worm and wheel come out of contact.
I tried to adjust the side bearings' positions and made the
ball bearings as straight as I could but the problem is still there.

Are there any ideas how to prevent the tube from moving to the side ?
