Re: [ATM] bending square aluminium tube

Ok,
So, if I want to bend a 28 inch diameter out of 1 inch
square tubing, what size diameter should I make the
wheels and how far apart are they on the stationary
piece? I'm thinking of make altitude bearings for my
ultralight 16" dob.

However this is starting to sound a lot harder than
what Jan posted using the fixed radius disk and
concave form.

Second question does this method bent up to the edge
of the stock or do you have to cut part of it off
after bending.
