If the spherical aberration is pretty consistent (which I suspect) then you
haven't fully parabolized the mirror. It may be that you did the test with
a moving light tester and did the calculations as if it was a stationary
source tester or vice versa. This will end up making the mirror either 1/2
or 2x the proper shape.
