All I've seen the stuff in is small bottles.  You need to find a place that
is doing very small electronics work as those are the poeple that will be
using such stuff for making resistors on the mounting surface for the parts.
I will note that with the advent of surface mount parts, the resistance
paint is becoming less usefull as you can now get some very small resistors
in any value desired.  Probably the only users now are the guys that are
doing laser trimming of resistance values in the testing of their assys.
I will tell you that you're not going to find the stuff in a retail store
unless there is some use for it that I don't know about.
