I just finished debugging a small  PIC12C508 based stepper driver that I
plan to use as a focuser motor controller. It is simple with just two push
buttons - forward and reverse and will drive a surplus unipolar stepper
motor at up to 24 volts or so.

I have put some photos on my website  www.patbunn.com

If there is interest, I will put the software and board layout on the page
for download.
