[ATM] Spectroscopy and fiber optic info needed

These two are not totally compatible, but I am sure people manage. I think
with a lot of atmospheric turbulence, higher frequency, like 100 Hz is a
lot more desirable. Spectral analyzer would say for certain.
Have you considered instead of a spectrograph, a 13 color Johnson series?

Mag 10-13 is do-able with a 20". I think the higher mags might
depend on your F-ratio. Maybe someone else can give more details.
