ATM Overrcorrected Mirror

Hello,

I have been working my 8" mirror to try to get a proper figure on it. I had
originally worked the mirror to overcorrected. I have been spending my time
trying to fix this problem. I have been working with 1/4 COC strokes with
TOT.
Last nights effort has the mirror at about 1/2 wave. It seems that the z1-z3
are close to the proper readings, but the edge zone is way overrcorrected
still. Is this a TDE or just an overcorrected zone? Should I keep bringing
it to a sphere with the COC strokes or try some stroke to fix the edge?
