ATM what did I do wrong part 2

I need to make a correction to my email I just sent out about the dept 
getting shallower.   this was not ground TOT, but MOT.  I did not at any 
time grind TOT and stricly stayed MOT.  sorry for the missunderstanding,  
late night, and frustration led me to word the last email wrong.

with that said,  the grinding went MOT at all times, I reached my depth 
.04687 at 80 grit, at 120 did a focal, 48" +-,  then went to 220, 30 micro, 
15 micor and then did a second focal,  it is now at 98" +-,  so if anybody 
can help me out and explain to me what I did wrong before I start grinding 
back at 220 or 120 so I wont do this mistake again.
