Exhaust pipe is one good source of a tube.  If the pipe isn't the exact
right diameter, you can always slit the pipe before putting the holding end
onto it and make sure that the pipe is opened up all the way along.  In
addition, you can always take some larger pipe and shrink the end of it a
bit to get the diameter you want.
In addition, you can get th OD for cutting of a pipe by wrapping with other
metal and using it that way.
