Bob I was wondering if it was OK to do that with a 1
inch plate glass mirror. I wanted to try it but
didn't want to break my 16" mirror blank. Do you know
if plate glass will stand up to the temperature shock
ok?

I'm having trouble keeping things warm enough in my 66
deg basement.
