I've used a product called X-I-M on aluminum with good results. It is a primer/sealer/bonder and will stick to anything, including glass and plastic. Very volatile, so use with a sprayer with great care. Can flash ignite easily. I usually brush on and wet sand before applying finish coats. Can also be tinted with normal tint products. Don Ware
