When you say that "it is not a perfect circle" it will be difficult to find 
center of mirror, check mirror depth, set mirror in mirror cell etc.

Glass cutting machinary is such that it will cut almost perfect circle

0.1" error may be acceptable in my view

let us see what the list says about this

Hi Arun,

Looks like I can get a glass blank from a local dealer. But I got a feedback 
that he doesnt cut it
properly. Like, there can be diameter of 8.1 one way and 8" other way. Is 
this acceptable for ATM.
I mean does the glass blank need to be "PERFECT" circle ?
