First, I'm sorry this is an OT rule bending post.

A disabled friend is looking to purchase one of them new fangled robotic
telescopes.  Given my anti-litigious bias I would rather not recommend the
M company.  However, I'll bite my tongue if I can send her to a reseller
who cares about the quality of the instruments and the customer's
satisfaction.

She's in THE Bay Area in California.  Could those who know make some
off-list recommendations?  Thanks
