ATM atm newbie - where to get glass?

HI all - 

I've been looking online for a while, and I must be missing 
something, because I can only find one supplier of just plain old 
glass blanks.  I can find plenty of mirrors, but I want to grind my 
own.

I tried asking Newport Glass for a catalog, since they seem to have 
plenty of selection listed on their website, but no prices.  They 
said they were going to mail a catalog with prices to me, but that 
was a week and a half ago, and I'm not holding my breath any longer.

I'm just looking for reliable places online where a person can place 
an order for a smallish (under 14") glass blank and expect delivery 
in a reasonable amount of time.  I've got Richard Berry's "Build your 
own telescope", which lists a few places, but 3 have no website, and 
I'm calling Willmen-Bell tomorrow to order their hardcopy catalog.

Can anyone recommend anyplace else that they've had good experiences 
with (and which has an operating website) ?
