A "google" search using "devcon epoxy" as search words gave me more than
1800 hits. The URL is www.devcon.com/ . The product is called Devcon 5
minute epoxy. It is commonly sold in stores that carry better quality
products. In the ubiquitous "Walmarts" in the USA, and most similar stores,
epoxy cements are usually represented by the much inferior "Duco" brand.

A few phone calls by your niece should  find a supplier.
The smallest packaging is a 1 ounce, twin-barrel, dispenser that sells for
about $3.00 or less. You should be able to order it by mail anywhere in the
world.
