ATM Looking for CCD-Shutters

Hi List,

im am looking for shutters for my CCD-Cameras.
Currently i am using a home-built vane-Shutter driven by 
a brushless micro-DC-Motor with speed-up-electonics. 
With this i can reach Shutter openings down to 150ms. 
Unfortunally, this type of shutter is not very light-tight, so i have
somtime problems with scattered light if i work on planets or
bright stars.

Does anybody know a source for segment or curtain type shutters
wich are not in the 1000$-Class?? 
Any other ideas for shutters are always welcome...
