Some software, like Sixtests and Figure, calculates the Strehl ratio
routinely
while calculating the error profile (as derived from Foucault or related
quantitative test).
If you have the RMS error (and it is small), there are ways to calculate
the Strehl ratio to useful precision (there is no way to go from P-V error
to
Strehl).
