I think the names they used for these old metal alloys are great!  Another 
worth looking up is "electrum".   Now, if we could figure out how to use it, 
we'd have a very valuable heirloom to pass on to the kids.  I, for one, would 
rather inherit my father's handmade mirror, ATM'ing is a wonderful legacy 
hobby.
