I got mine from a local oil distributor that I found in the yellow pages.
They had recycled drums (with some oil still inside) for something like $10,
and new ones for a bit more. Since I work in the house, I got a clean one.
This was about 6 or 7 years ago, so prices may be up.
You might want to stand next to one and make sure it puts your arms at a
comfortable height. I would imagine it's not very comfortable for someone
under 5'5" or so.
