I'm considering baffles myself. I've given it some thought and have
concluded the easiest way will be to locate the positions on the outside of
the tube, then use three sewing needles or finish nails through the tube.
The baffle can then be dropped into the tube to rest on the nails, and then
stapled in place from the outside. The nails can then be pulled out and the
holes filled with plastic wood. For baffling material, I'm considering foam
core boards available at any craft store.
