I had a similar problem in trying to track now 'non-flexible' Collodion 
through a number of local pharmacies.  The first couple I dealt with 
claimed no such thing existed.  I began to wonder.  I finally lucked out 
with someone who recalled it from her university days.  She suggested, 
which finally worked, was to call the pharmaceutical supply companies 
directly.  While they would not see to 'Joe Public' they did provide me 
with the information to pass back to the pharmacist so that they could 
order the right stuff.

Yes, the bottle is labelled with a whole slew of warnings; don't get it 
on your skin, don't breathe the vapours, highly flammable, etc.  I think 
I'll try it outside once the weather warms up.
