ATM MakNewt Corrector Cell

Well folks, as polishing of the corrector continues, I guess I'd better 
figure out a cell design

One would think that a push pull design should be used, to allow 
accurate positioning of the corrector in regards to its optical axis
and the rest of the system.

Suggestions as to references or comments as to designs would 
be greatly apppreciated
